Fresh pasta rolls prepared with spinage and ricotta filling. Pour a little cream in a baking dish and put in the pasta roles. Spread some fresh creme spiced with roasted garlic and thyme on the pasta roll slices. Add a dash of butter on each slice and top them off with fresh ground pepper.
Minced lamb was spiced with fresh herbes and shaped up as skewers on a stick.
Pasta roll slices and Lamb skewers were baked in the oven at 180C (350F) for approximately 15 minutes until they looked amazing.
Serve it up with a ruccola sallad with tomatoes, cucumber and mozzarella.
This is all fine, but add a nice rosé wine and you’ll get some seriously good shit. I settled for a bottle of Boschendal 2011, fantastic!
