Fresh pasta rolls prepared with spinage and ricotta filling. Pour a little cream in a baking dish and put in the pasta roles. Spread some fresh creme spiced with roasted garlic and thyme on the pasta roll slices. Add a dash of butter on each slice and top them off with fresh ground pepper. Minced lamb was spiced with fresh herbes and shaped up as skewers on a stick. Pasta roll slices and Lamb skewers were baked in the oven at 180C (350F) for approximately 15 minutes until they looked amazing. Flying Jacob (Swedish: Flygande Jacob) is a Swedish casserole based on chicken with bananas, peanuts and bacon, covered with whipped cream laced with hot sauce and cooked in the oven. In checking the supplies I realised there were no bananas… No bananas? NO BANANAS?!? So asparagus it was, and a bloody fantastic concoction it is, if I may say so.
