MIXED WINTER SALLAD | Crème fraîche and lemon dressing
Mayby not a proper winter sallad, but the crème fraîche dressing gives it a frosted look. Had to make room for the new root crop so all remaining green stuff from last week went into this dish (mache, ruccola, spicy cress, avocado) topped with all the lemon I could muster. Deliche!
